For the February 24, 2016 Board Meeting, due to the President's Day Holiday, advance registration to speak and observe was available beginning Tuesday, February 16th at 8:00 a.m. through Monday, February 22nd at 5:00 p.m., or until all slots filled. The Public Participation segment of the meeting will begin immediately following the CEO Report and proceed for no more than 60 registered speakers for the two hours.
