 ON ACT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING\nPlease take notice that the Chicago Board
  of Education (the “Board”) of the Board of Education of the City of Chica
 go (the “School District”) will hold a public hearing on August 28\, 2019\
 , at 10:00 a.m.  The hearing will be held in the Board Room at the Chicago
  Public Schools Loop Office\, 42 West Madison Street\, Garden Level\, in t
 he City of Chicago\, Illinois.  The purpose of the hearing will be to rece
 ive public comments on the proposal to sell general obligation unlimited t
 ax alternate bonds of the Board\, in one or more series\, in the amount of
  not to exceed $1\,900\,000\,000 for the purpose of financing (i) the cons
 truction and acquisition of school and administrative buildings and equipm
 ent\, site improvements and other real and personal property in and for th
 e School District\, (ii) the funding of obligations of the Board and (iii)
  costs of issuance and other costs and reserves related to the foregoing.\
 nMembers of the public wishing to provide comment on this proposal should 
 register at the 42 West Madison Street Lobby between the hours of 9:00 a.m
