DESCRIPTION:The meeting location is to be determined. The Board President a
 nd the Chief Executive Officer have determined that registered speakers wh
 o wish to present during Public Participation may have the option to parti
 cipate in person at the location of the Board meeting or virtually via an 
 electronic platform. The public will have access to the meeting via live s
 tream at cpsboe.org.\nThe Public Participation segment of the meeting will
  begin as indicated in the meeting agenda and proceed in accordance with P
 ublic Participation guidelines. Board Meetings will be live-streamed to th
 e general public on the Board website (www.cpsboe.org). \nFor the April 24
 \, 2025 Board Meeting\, advance registration to speak will be available be
 ginning Tuesday\, April 22nd at 3:00 p.m. and will close on Wednesday\, Ap
 ril 23rd at 3:00 p.m. Anyone interested in speaking can sign up. After the
  24 hour registration period\, a lottery will randomly select a set number
  of speakers from those who registered. For example\, if 100 people regist
 er\, the lottery might select 30 of them to speak. This process gives ever
 yone a fair chance to address the Board. Advance registration during this

 bmit written comments for Board of Education meetings can do so via the Wr
 itten Comments Form on the Board’s website at www.cpsboe.org or mailed to 
 1 N Dearborn\, Suite 950. Written comments received between the posting of
  the public agenda and notice is posted through 5 p.m. the day after the B
 oard of Education meeting will be submitted to the Board for their conside
 ration and posted within five (5) business days on our website at www.cpsb
 oe.org.
